Indeed it is. It's the "Celtic" figure that was released when AVP came out (I really like its mask design) and it's been sitting on my "art" desk for forever. It's been gutted and has parts carved out so it can have retractable blades and flip open wrist computer.
It's not gotten any further than the blades, though.
